"We booked Julie for our daughter’s first year photos and absolutely loved the entire experience. When I initially booked her, she scheduled a call to discuss what I would like for the timing and location of the photos, as well as any specific details I wanted included in the photos. Several days before the scheduled date, she reached out again to help with any questions I had. She was great in helping us coordinate the perfect color scheme for the photos. On the day of, she brought items from her client wardrobe for my daughter and I, and all the options were beautiful that it was hard to pick! Wow! Julie was phenomenal. She took the time to make us feel really comfortable which is somewhat of a feat for a newly postpartum mom. She has a gentle way of directing that helps to capture the most natural moments. I take a million photos of my son a day but there are so few of us together, just doing our daily routine of nursing and snuggling in our house. Julie found those quiet moments. I know I’ll look at the photos of the nursery with the two of us and remember all the bleary late nights with a little extra love.

I evolved into a motherhood photographer after the birth of my first baby, Lewis. My passion is capturing the true, honest beauty of the mother + baby bond and I am always honored to be invited in to such a special, transformational time in my clients' lives. From maternity, to newborn, mama + me, and the whole fam, I LOVE creating beautiful treasures for other PGH families to look back on.

We all know the dread of shopping while expecting....
The options are limited for cute, flattering pieces, and of course you feel guilty buying nicer items when you know you are only going to wear it once for maternity photos. That is why I started my client wardrobe for my clients! I have curated a selection of dresses that photograph beautifully and fit a variety of sizes, all at no additional cost for my clients. The wardrobe started with intentions of being exclusively maternity, but most of the dresses work wonderfully for postpartum and non-expecting women, as well!
